Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Dress Sales Store purchase, whether you’ve selected one of our sophisticated blazer dresses, flowing maxi dresses, or classic white dresses. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns policy ensures a hassle-free experience.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- A proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items. These exceptions will be clearly marked on product pages.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
